Service Delivery

Adsidia delivers organisational, leadership and staff  development programmes, led by needs assessment, that are tailored to the customer’s need.

We employ an Assess, Train, Coach, Assess cycle to enable the programme to be focussed on specific needs and, learning to be personalised and embedded into business operation through coaching and facilitation. Periodic and final assessments are designed to measure progress. The programmes are usually completed  off-site or in the customer’s environment.

The training elements typically comprise a tailored set of Adsidia’s Leadership and Staff development modules. The majority of these also offer considerable benefit stand-alone or when used in a customer or team specific development programme already specified by the client.
