Professional Development

Professional Development is based on Adsidia’s Structured Staff Development modules and can be used to create a specific, individualised development programme. This will enable both staff members and teams to develop new skills and outlooks, enhancing their personal effectiveness. Including People Centred Principles these modules are aligned with and complement the Organisational and Leadership Services allowing a coherent organisation wide People Centred Culture strategy to be implemented.

Used to extend staff capabilities they allow potential new roles to be opened up and thus broadening staff career  opportunities within the enterprise. This can be crucial not only in reducing general staff churn but also increasing the ability to retain pivotal, key members of staff.
