Leadership Development
Leadership Development Services are applied to the specific needs of the organisation and are targeted at people who are already, or who will become, leaders in the enterprise. The programme is geared to developing leaders who are able to excel in today’s complex and uncertain environments by employing People Centred Practices. The underlying principles are based upon a People Centred Culture and these modules are aligned with, and complement the Organisational Behaviour and Development Services. In this context the goal is to achieve coherence between the senior leaders of an enterprise who establish strategy and direction, and the intermediate leaders who are called upon to implement the determined strategies.
A combination of seminars, facilitated workshops and coaching can assist leaders to deploy and realise the benefits of their training.
