Adsidia has been born out of the combined expertise of its team which has more than 75 man years of international experience. Members of the team have worked with clients throughout the world to establish People Centered Cultures by developing and applying People Centered Principles in their organisations.

worldThe team brings considerable experience to bear regarding individual and organisational development through mentoring supported development and facilitated learning alongside associated consultancy services. Together their experience extends from management roles in large multi-national corporate enterprises, new start small and medium international businesses, local and global not-for-profit organisations and individual coaching and support services.

Colin Buckland, Adsidia’s principal and Head of Organisational and Leadership Development, is also a faculty member of Azusa Pacific University (APU), California, USA and the lead member of the APU’s faculty in Western Europe for the MA Programme in Organizational Leadership.

Adsidia’s team has delivered organisational, leadership and development services in both practical and academic modes internationally in the United Kingdom, East and West Europe, Africa, The United States, South America, Asia and S.E Asia. MA Degree in Organisational Leadership

This is a distance learning programme that considers a wide and comprehensive range of issues related to People Centred Culture and Leadership including:

  • Understanding ourselves better and thus performing more effectively as individuals and teams
  • Appreciating issues relating to change, cross-cultural working and ‘seeing the other point of view’
  • Collaborative working and ‘Servant Leadership’
  • Adult development and learning skills
  • The leader as counsellor – dealing with crisis intervention – consultation skills etc.

The course is designed to allow students to study at their own pace over periods of between 3 to 7 years.   Each year it begins with an annual summer school and subsequently employs on-line modules. There are innovative ways in which students can apply their learning in their home environment as a means of completing course work. There are no exams, credits are earned through a series of assignments and a final dissertation.
